Colorsvibe is an authorized reseller of all brands on site. This means that our products come directly from the supplier through legal agreements. Colorsvibe guarantee that the products are genuine and hold the quality that the brands should.
All prices on Colorsvibe is including VAT and excluding shipping cost. Regular cost of shipping is 49 SEK. Purchases above 200 SEK receive free shipping. Prices and offers are due to change at any time. We reserve for possible misprints and errors or products being sold out. When an order has been confirmed and an agreement has been concluded, the agreement is valid.If the information about a product is wrong at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to reclaim the order. In case of errors on the Colorsvibe website that are of such nature that a customer would understand that it is an error, for example if a product cost 0 SEK. Colorsvibe have the right to adjust the order after being in contact with the customer.
You must be 18 years old to make a purchase from Colorsvibe. If we suspect that a minor has completed a purchase without permission from a legal guardian, Colorsvibe have the right to cancel the order.
Colorsvibe guarantee that all personal information is handled according to Swedish law (PUL 1998:204).Personal information will not be sold or used by a third party.
Shipping and Delivery
Colorsvibe deliver to Sweden, Norway and Finland. We deliver orders in cooperation with PostNord. Regular shipping cost is 39 SEK, free shipping on orders above 200 SEK within Sweden. VAT is included on all prices and the final price is shown in you shoppingcart. Due to safety reasons, we are not able to change payment method on already completed orders. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Your order will be shipped to your closest post office, where the package is kept for 14 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to Colorsvibe. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, you will be charged a fee on 75 SEK for cost connected to the return freight and handling.
An order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. A copy of our terms and conditions will be enclosed. When your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from our logistic partner. You can track your order through the number attached in the e-mail. As your order is being processed we are unable to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order after processing, you need to receive the package and then return it according to instructions under Return Policy.
Delivery time is normally 1-5 working days, depending on where you live. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. During holidays the delivery time might be affected due to our logistics partners opening hours. You will be informed if your order will be delayed and the delivery time will take longer than agreed. If the problem would not be solved within reasonable time, you as a customer have the right to cancel the order. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Colorsvibe use Klarna Checkout as payment solution. You can choose between different payment options. Klarna is a secure payment operator that poses PCI DSS. You can choose to pay with credit cards, invoice or through your online bank. Colorsvibe have SSL certification. You are able to see the different payment solutions in detail below.
Debit and Credit Card
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No extra fees will be charged when paying with card. If paying with card, the amount will be reserved during the time of transfer and will be drawn on your account upon delivery. Refunds for returns will be made to the same card as used at the purchase.
If you use invoice as payment, you have 14 days to pay. We do not charge any additional cost for paying with invoice. When using this payment option Klarna AB will do a credit check which require access to your social security number. Bank transfer via your internet bank
You can choose to pay directly via your internet bank. During the payment you will automatically be passed on to your internet bank where you log in as usual. Once you have approved the transaction, the money will be deducted from your account.
You are entitled to repent your purchase within 14 days. To be able to return an item the product need to be unused, in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. You may carefully examine the product to determine its characteristics. If the product is incautiously handled which has caused a decrease in the products value, Colorsvibe will make a deduction for the refund. If you want to return a product, please complete the form under Returns and we will contact you within two business days. Refunds are made to the same payment method as used at the time of purchase. When we are notified of the return, the money will be refunded within 14 days. However, the product must have returned to us before we repay the money. The refund will be made without unnecessary delay. When making a return, the customer is responsible for the return freight.
Colorsvibe guarantee high quality of the products. Complaints about products shall be made within a reasonable period after the flaw is discovered. Though no longer than two months after noticing the fault. Contact us by email [email protected] or through our return form if you want to complain about a product. Please write your name, order number and describe the problem. If the complaint is approved, we will replace the incorrect item with a new one alternatively you will get a refund. Refunds are made with the same payment method as used at the time of purchase.
Swedish law applies to these general terms and conditions. In the case of any disputes, we follow the general recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
