I did not get an Order Confirmation Email?

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a physical paper copy in your box. If you do not receive your digital receipt within 30 minutes, check your spam filter/junk e-mail inbox and if your email was correct. If you still can’t find your order confirmation, please contact [email protected].

How much does Delivery cost?

Free Shipping for orders above 200 SEK.

Orders below 200 SEK will ship for 49 SEK (SE).

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time from dispatch is between 1-3 working days depending on where you live. Please note the warehouse processing time can take up to 2 working days.

What happens if I don’t collect my package in time?

In case the package is uncollected, it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be separately invoiced 275 SEK / 275 NOK / 275 DKK and 30 for FI for postage and administration, depending on your country. In case you have already paid for an uncollected package, the return will be processed according to our Returns & Exchange policy with the original invoice adjusted accordingly.


How do I cancel an order?

Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please write “Cancel” in the Subject and provide us with your order-id in the email. Please note, once an order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is not possible to change nor cancel.

Can I change my payment method?
